The permanent location of Vesting Gym is in the Naarden Vesting in an old and unique location. Here I have my own exclusive gym, where we can endorse every training goal(s) on a 1 on 1 basis.

Other Locations

When you wish me to come to another place elsewhere in Het Gooi, that is also possible. Just let me know and we can make a personal session elsewhere.

Companysessions

Company trainingsessions are also possible, just make an appointment with me.

Times

7 days per week is Vesting Gym open, but only with an appointment. We always start with a free intake and a first test session. We are closed when there are no appointments.
